Well hard luck England!!! We choked again!!

Capello earning 6 million a year for what. This load of rubbish. A disgrace.
Why do we need to pay someone 6 mill to pick players like Gerrard, Lampard, Rooney, A Cole, Terry, etc when these are all picked themselves anyway???
Not rocket science picking the best of what we got available?? Anyone could do it, even me for a lot less (£3.5 million)

No wonder he wont resign? for that amount who would? Waiting for the FA to pay him off with a few more million.

FA to blame wasting this sort of money??? How can they justify 6 million, and for what??

well i am prepare to take over the england squad for free.
if i win something than they will give me a reward if not i will work for free.
all games i win friendly or qualification it will cost them 1000 pounds and if we qualificaid to the european championship it will cost them 50000 pounds and if we become european champions it will cost the, 100000 pounds.
so i think it is fair enough.

I think will submit my own application for the job.
will probably take the job for what? 500 grand a year. seems fair to me and couldnt do any worse than what their getting currently for 6 million. Would they entertain me??

He is under contract (renewed before the World Cup I guess) so if the FA breaches the contract they have to pay dearly.
To me things go deeper than the coach, although some of his decisions are questionable (aren't they always?).
If he goes, get Hodgson or Redknapp.

Capello has a proven record but this group isn't just working out. You have two years until Euro 2012 and presumably several friendlies until the qualifying starts so they need to change the mix of this group.

Also, do they need to change the way talent is nurtured; how do other countries do it.

Change is needed but not just change for change's sake. Firing the manager is easy but if that's all you're going to do, why bother?
