1812, Troopers of the 4th line Bavarians breaching a Russian battery at Borodino.

I finished painting a few new Hat Bavarians and threw this together quick to take a few snaps of them with a scenic background.
I just love what Hat has been doing with there new 1/32 Napoleonics.

I like the way that last photo in the first post makes my basement light look like the setting sun or full red moon!

Nice Tim! You made short work of those.
I have 8 boxes headed my way + some test shots Hat sent me some time ago.
Not sure which Unit I will paint them as, Some will be Jaegers for certain.
My 36 man Frontline Battalion and 2 cannon sets need reinforced!
Again nice job!

These are the only ones I have painted up so far Harold, I need to get my hands on some more to chop up. I want to do some artillery crews and other units and maybe even some cavalry also.

I need to do more Prussian cavalry first though.

Very well done Tim, Those bavarian uniforms have a real charm and attraction, most unique!

Great minds think alike Tim. I want to convert some Bavarian and Wurttemberg
figs into gunners and some Cavalry as well.
Have you looked at Ken Cliffe's new metal French Line ? Very nice.

Tim,

nice figures, great painting, excellent posing on the diroama,

Well done,

John

Beautiful work on both the figures and the landscaping. The dried "grass" is especially nice. What is product?

My eye is drawn to the figure in the middle, I simply can't shake the idea that he is skipping across the battlefied.

Thanks! Glad you liked my grass mat, I made that dried grass mat myself from a big piece of craft fur.
