I just got a a splendid gift from a dear friend in the mail today. The K&C set I got as a Christams gift was K&C set# FoB021 of King & Country's Field of Battle series of a Kubelwagen, a driver and 2 German WW2 officers, namely a general & his aide. I have added this set to my "Behind the D-Day Beaches" diorama on or just after 6/6/1944. I previously set up this small about 17 by 13 inch diorama last June 2010. I only had to consolidate the marching German infantrymen and reposition them on the road to let the K&C set# Fob021 set on to the diorama. I think the Fob021 set is a nice addition to this diorama. Alas, the German General, his aide & thier driver will not like getting ambushed by the French Resistance Fighters! Well you can not please verybody, ha, ha.

I am posting a minor correction to my initial post#1. It has just come to my attention that I noted in error that I got King & Country set# FoB021, In fact I should have noted that it was King & Country set# FoB020.

Great diorama "Iron Brigade". That FOB020 Kubelwagen is a nice set.

Nice pics Iron Brigade, good scene you have going on there:cool: Having waited for years to purchase it I too finally got this Kubelwagen in London a few weeks ago. And I'm so glad I did! It really is an excellent set with two very nice figures. Am really pleased I got it before it retires.

Hi Gary,

Great display of FOB020.....it looks like Herr General is in a spot of bother in more ways than one ! ;)

By the way, I think FOB021 is an add on to this set.
