Totally agree and, if they do then they open themselves to as you say those that loathe them. My opinions of the Nazi regime and why I collect LAH parade figures are noted already on a forum post.

Absolutely Mitch, I have great respect for all collectors on here.I am sure there are LAH and other collectors who have no interest in the stuff I collect either, its diversity that make this hobby so interesting. Theres loads of ranges I don't collect but I still admire the craftmanship in the figures, LAH included.

Actually I do like the latest Hitler and Goering figures, a Goering figure inspecting the 262 would make for a great dio.

Your right but, I bet there are no other ranges available that can evoke such passions as the LAH range. The new Hitler figure is probably the best version K&C has done of the little man and, when I saw the Goering figure with stick it made me think of the cover picture of Laurence Rees book with Hitler and Himmler taking a stroll in the bavarian countryside (although Goering was not in the picture). Funny how things trigger images

Hitler and Himmler taking a stroll in the country, the mind boggles!. Do you think they dicussed which birds to eradicate:D

I agree its the best figure of him so far. I'd like a set of Goering and Galland, with Galland asking Goering for a Squadron of Spitfires. Whenever I think of that guy I can't help picturing him in that film, leaning out the window as the train pulls away and saying to his Pilots 'You have betrayed me'!

Funny you should mention it I think of Brian Cox who played him in Nuremburg the series and a scene where his is mocking the english. The dio idea sounds a good one would go well with the 262 and some of the already released pilots. Would like to see a Galland figure in flight gear

Dear "Mitch" and to all the other Forum members who have taken the time to post comments:

Thank you all very much for your assorted & worthy comments. As for my last comment in my initial #1 posting that was about my using Churchill's comment about history that I have affixed above my "Berlin 1938 LAH" display, I think it is very appropriate. I of course fully understand that many collectors would rather just avoid getting anything from K&C's "Berlin 1938 LAH" series. Gosh, K&C has so many periods of history to chose from as well as other manufacturers that have nothing to do with World War Two or the Nazi period in particular that everyone has plenty of figures, etc to chose from. I enjoy seeing photos of displays & dioramas of other collectors relative to ALL periods of history.

Thanks again for all the reply backs to this Thread of mine,
"Iron Brigade"

Do like the way you took two figures from two totally different sets and put them together Iron Brigade, they really work well, the old lady looks shocked.
