Best Toy Soldier Related Acquisition of 2008 (2 Viewers)

Very nice Hocker set, Michel! I think he really captures the traditional toy soldier look very well. I have his wall poster of his "Types of the American Revolution" series on the wall above my desk. Very much the look of classic Britains from back in the day.

Prost Neujahr!

Thanks Brad.
I'm a bit partial to elephants and gloss figures so no wonder I like this one a lot!
Bill Hocker has some really great sets. My preferred ones being elephants (did I already said I'm partial to elephants ?), ox drawn wagons or artillery and camels.
As you said they look like traditional toy soldiers !
Regards,
Michel

Hi Paulo,
Yes, it was ordered from the US.
With the current exchange rate between EUR and USD, it's now or never
Even if the custom charges may change that a bit :( (well at least in Belgium).
I bought 4 great sets from Bill Hocker this year. And I think I may well bought some more soon (hope my wife is not watching this forum:D )
Kind regards,
Michel

Bon Soir Michel,
Yes, I know what you mean. For now I am focusing my out of the EU adventures on Imperial Productions, my absolute favorites. But Hocker is also fantastic and has a great range. C'est de l'art ça, votre femme va certainement comprendre:D ( ...what are you doing trying to speak French:( )...

Au revoir et a bientôt,
Paulo
