Can anyone tell me if you use ignore or the big eraser does it block pm's?

Well well, just the eraser will do then, any answer to my points yet Neil?

Of course it is Neil, its just that you raised the point against me before you mentioned your baby going to Hospital so that's why I answered. I hope your baby is fully recovered very soon.

Hi Rob,

If you put someone on your ignore list using the default ignore feature it will do two things:
1) It will hide the content of their posts (You will be able to see that they posted but will not see the content unless you specifically click 'view post'.)
2) PMs sent from that person will not reach you, nor will you even be aware they attempted to contact you. (You're ignoring them.)

If you prefer you can also sent your PM settings to 'moderators and contacts only' which only allows moderators and those on your friends and contacts list to contact you via PM. The same holds true for visitor messages. Both are found under General Settings>Messaging & Notification on your profile settings page.

Big Eraser blocks everything including notices that the person has posted at all. Their presence is erased from your forum experience.

Simple just don't open/answer them unreal, why make a point out of something so trivial.
Its a forum not the United nations it ain't that important.

Rob,

If you don't like a pm you've received you can always report it.

Excellent, thanks for this Shannon.

Yes Brad I guess that's another option.

Cheers
