BoM display (1 Viewer)

I recently had time to set up a new display in my display case. It is of JJD's Battle on the Monongahela. I had my daughter, who is 9, help me and I asked her to replicate the stock photo that JJD uses for the BoM range on his website. I think she did a great of setting that part of the display up. Here are some photos of we did:

Mark...you and your daughter did a wonderful job creating your shelf display...from the trees to the H&A mat...it looks great...I love how you have them huddled together in a panic...it must have been a frighful day in history for the fellows in red...great job...

Mark--the trees are mostly from JG Miniatures sold here at TF. The items numbers, if interested, are : JGS02, JGS04, JGS14 & JGS42. Two others seen in the display are by Grand Central Gems, which I bought at the Hobby Bunker and they are known as X-Lrg Hardwood trees.

I knew those trees looked good as I have a few of JG's.I have a bag of spruces from GCG but haven't used them yet.I'll have to get some of the hardwoods.Thanks.

Great display the two of you put together. The figures you've collected as well as the scenic elements work together beautifully to capture that fateful encounter in the Pennsylvania wilderness.

Thats a nice display that you & your daughter did. The green grass mats & trees make the red & blue uniforms really stand out. Are you planning on showing the French militia & indians in the woods too?

Very nicely done. Thanks for sharing the dio with the rest of us. Even nicer that it was a family effort. One gets so tired of hearing how so many people don't have the time to do things with the kids anymore, that it's refreshing to see otherwise.

I love the colours contrast: red, blue, yellow against the green all around,
really the BoM is the hit of all (JJD) battles, always my favourite!
