On September 30 at 9:15am I lost my best friend and faithful companion for the last 12 years my Pal Boo. He was a true gentle giant, and loved by everyone that saw him out for a walk, or eating his favorite ice cream at a local shop!

He had just celebrated his 12th birthday and still enjoyed playing with his toys, barking at delivery men, and bringing assorted laundry items fresh off the pile in to show my wife!:)

He enjoyed himself to the end, spending his last evening here at home with his loving family, his passing was more then we could bare.

Over the years I have often posted an image or two of him, and for those that knew him I wanted to post a few final photos in his memory.

My Pal Boo....always ready for fun, always there to great us, always happy,
always enjoyed his birthday cupcakes.

Last is my favorite photo of my gentle giant with my little granddaughter.

Until I see you again my friend!

Yo Trooper, sorry to hear of your lose mate, I know how you feel lost a few dog friends in my lifetime. Its a very sad time for the family you get so close to them. So far have resisted buying another dog for this reason, even though they bring you years of joy, they have such a short lifespan:(.
Bernard.

I am so sorry John.I have pets and it is so hard to lose one. They are a member of the family.

John,

I'm so sorry to hear about Boo as I know how much he meant to you. As I write this, I have to fight back a tear.

Be well my friend.

Best as always,

It is amazingly how unconditional a dog's love is for his family. The best way that we can give back, is to always remember them. I feel for you, John and I am sorry for your families' loss...Michael

Sorry to hear of your recent loss, a while back I lost my buddy, Ronin, a black Great Dane. It’s a devastating time, cherish all the fond memories.

Regards, Alby

I am very sorry for your loss. It is a sad fact that our faithful animal friends do not have our life span but that does not make it any easier when they pass. Please accept my sincere sympathies as well.
