Lt.,
Excellent shot and natural lighting! Must be sunny out up there today! Shot almost looks like an action shot from a helicopter, before Jim shoots a tranquilizer dart in the Elephant:D:p

Your right Jeff it is and was refinished by mikemiller1955 changing it from a gloss finish to matte using KRYLON'S Matte Finish Spray Paint. Trophy in it's hay day I'm told did provide matte finish set on special order. Like the way it came out and wouldn't be changing it back to gloss....Joe

It's been awhile since I've been bored so decided to play around with a photo by Joe Baker the playsetaddict as it would have appeared news paper during WWII....The Lt.

I don't have a life, I have a great wife...How about posting some diorama or two, yeah....

Carlos

Friday night - waiting on the grandchildren (7 & 9) to arrive. Fooling around with my "Fall of Acre, 1191" diroama in progress - seems like its always in progress. Recently I have been applying some scenic techniques I picked up at the Chicago OTSN show during Ken Osen's (Hudson & Allen) diorama clinics. Here are a couple of pics of the area where I am placing the catapult - a rocky outcrop overlooking an oasis and running parallel to the walls of Acre.
