Hi Guys,

Well tomorrow I board the ‘Big Bird In The Sky’ to fly over to ‘The Windy City’ to once more take part in the annual CHICAGO TOY SOLDIER SHOW.

This year, as with last year, King & Country is moving even deeper into THE VIETNAM WAR with TWO Major Dioramas featuring American and Australian troops in action.

Over the coming days we will be previewing all the great displays, figures and fighting vehicles that will be on show in Chicago.

I’m also looking forward to personally meeting many of our K&C collectors and dealers at the show.

So, if you’re attending look out for this little poster and where you can find us!

Now 2020 will be the 40th. Anniversary of the Show...Why not, next year, fly up to Hong Kong for a few days beforehand, and then we'll fly over to the show together..?

Well you are very persuasive Andy. If I were ever to go, than the 40th would be the one. Problem is I would two hangers on in Howard and Andrew ( your latest K&C dealer), but on second thoughts they are good guys. As I heard someone once say, never say never^&grin. Enjoy your show. Robin.

I cannot express how much I wanted to be there visiting room 4301! I wish you all a great show and a good time together!

The downtown MPs had a bit more perfect uniforms,,less wear,,spit shined as they pulled me and another over,,in our cruddy field uniforms,,jeep,,armed,,"why are you here-Saigon,,why are you carrying weapons,,etc etc etc/" couldn't wait to leave and never went back,,sin loi GI,,
Another good diorama would be the Saigon types in their civs lined up at the arms room with their "In the event of emergency report to the Supply room with your weapons card,,draw a few rounds and wait for someone to tell you what to do",,Didnt work well in Tet,,going back forward seemed like security,
