I started collecting in 2004 after a visit to Normandy. My first purchase was the Britains Bren Gun Team (actually two sets). I later branched out to K & C, then, after helping Louis Badolato set up one of his Symposiums, to K & C non-WW II, then to K & C Glossy, which led me to Trophy. Besides still collecting those brands, I now also collect First Legion, John Jenkins WW I and some Russian figures (mostly AeroArt).

This is from K & C's second Pacific Series, circa 2006.

Thanks, more to come Pete. I will never forget the day when I decided to branch out from K & C WW II and called you to order your remaining Nelson's Navy. Your reaction was "Nelson's Navy, huh? Hmm."

Excellent idea for a thread Brad {bravo}}

Looking forward to a few more Glossy figures ^&grin :salute::

All the best

Martyn:)

Great sets,thanks for sharing.Love those glossy desert storm pilots!!!!Ive never seen those before.

Thanks for the comments.

Raider, here's an unusual one. Before K & C made matte WW II, they made a small number of glossy WW II. Here's a glossy 82nd Airborne. They made about four or five poses but this is the only one I have.

Flagbearer made by Trophy for Mexican American War. This must have been a custom or special made by Trophy as this is the only ever seen.
