This is beyond my knowledge. The set looks original paint and looks in good condition, hoping someone can ID this one as to era and set.
Thanks!
Tom

It's hard to tell the colours of the greatcoats and the webbing in your photo. In set 312 Grenadier Guards in winter dress, the coats are grey and the webbing is white, and of course they wear bearskins, blue trousers with a red stripe on each leg, and black shoes. This set may be a "Special Paint" set commissioned from Britains c1938. However, a couple of the troopers have mouths painted in in a nonBritains style, and the heads appear to be affixed at (slightly) differing heights from the collar. In Britains moulds, the different head sections were bolted onto the torso/leg sections of the moulds, and should be consistent on every casting. If this is not a commissioned set, it is a very carefully made and painted unique set using original Britains castings as its base. Edit: The five Foot Guard regiments still wear grey greatcoats (but not the webbing) as 'winter' ceremonial uniform. They switch with the clocks changing in and out of Daylight Saving Time.
