Thank you for your list of recommendations for readings. There is also 5 hour mini-series on the Last of the Mohicans which is very well done.
See below:
Randy

Hey Randy,
I didn't know about this mini-series, must have a search on Amozon for it. Thanks for posting - and the tip-off.
Cheers
H

One of the buildings that the troops bunked in. They have large wooden boxes they slept in groups. No individual bunks. J

I enjoyed being a voyager at reenactments plus I did not need expensive uniforms and accessories. Just my canoe paddle and no rules. J:p

Back at camp. The British pictures would not post. Guess I have to reduce them but all the pictures are the same size?I would rather drink wine at camp and no British Rules. They count the rocks around your fire and no wristwatches or flashlights. Very serious stuff. You live in 1757. John:eek:

Thank you John for posting these. You are lucky to be near the Fort.

Did your friends ask you to be a Woodland Indian?:D

John

If you post these photos on my FIW thread on CTSC you can post them in a larger size. That would be great.

Randy: I posted them, but what size can I use with photoshop (Mac)? I am not sure and don't want to keep resizing them or downsizing the photos. John

Well John
As they say great minds run alike--I see you have already done that.

Thank you for your contribution. You always have interesting stuff that's for sure.

John

On MAC photoshop I do 11'' width on TF and 15" width on CTSC.
Just use the Image Resize command.
R.

I tried again. No luck -- I was using the 11" width and 72 resolution. I could not find a resize command.?? J

I'm running mac photoshop version 3 and at the top it says Image. Click on that and it will have resize image as a choice--that brings up a menu where you plug in the width--i.e. 11" Then you save for web (under file) and make sure file is no bigger than 97kb

R

I will try one more and call it a night. J
