hi all i have had some trouble getting a reply from sierra toy soldiers i have sent 3 e mails the last one yesterday and quite important but still no reply do you know if they are open at the moment or not

I sent them an order on Monday and also have not received a reply or acknowledgement. Maybe they dont want us Brits business.

Need to ask kilted vampire. He'll know if anyones at home or if its just ignorance or bad manners. Far as I'm concerned first and the very last order they get from me!

That's surprising as they're nice people and they're also British. Maybe they're having computer problems.

I just referred someone to them for some Russian pieces. The gent spoke to Mike Hall yesterday so I know they are around. As for the emails-I would bet on computer issues rather than assume bad manors as they are very nice people. Give them another shout & shot! Sometimes it is better to just pick up the phone (for the Yanks of course) & cut to the chase. As you pointed out, "KV" will now what is up!

I placed an order and got confirmation also with no problem. I use Vista and got rid of Explorer and use Firefox and never get any of the updates. Since doing that I have had no problems.

Service Pak 1 is out for Vista. Free on Microsoft web site helps some. I also like XP over Vista but I have both.

Check out the new service pack for Vista and Service Pak 3 for XP
