Competition for K&C (1 Viewer)

Is there a shop for Aeroart? I have always wanted to track them down in Great Falls.

Thor used to run the business out of his house. In the last couple of years he moved to an annex type office. If you contact him, he will usually allow you to arrange a time to come by. Its like visiting the museum of your dreams. You can send him an email or call via the aeroart website and give it a try. He is a great guy with an interesting background.

Thanks - I will give him a call - I have always wanted to see this place in VA. I personally own all his (aeroart) Robert E. Lee's. Great stuff.

To go back to the start of this thread, there is another aspect that K&C's competion has to take into account. And that is communication. In all my years of collecting(since about 7yrs old!)i have never known a company so open to discussion and converse as K&C.I mean just this morning i posted a question and a very short time later the Manager of the company replies with interest!.

I think Andy's availability and willingness to listen to his customers is both clever and helpful. It all adds up to a very positive customer experience.Speaking personally i think there is definately a K&C world as it were.First we have Andy who comes on this forum to answer questions and give details of upcoming products. Then we have this great forum(thank you shannon,Brad etc)where i learn from experts and have a laugh too.And when it comes to buying here in the UK well what can i say!.We Have Mike,Tony, and Bob who are all very helpful and constantly striving to improve the company. It all makes you feel as if your part of something if you see what i mean.

I know Ana from HB and Blake from NMA are also good at communicating with us customers and i think other companies will have to step up to compete at the highest level too.
