I take my hat off to you as you are a collector who truly puts his collection to superb use, no MIB, factory seal never broken, still wrapped in tissues and bubblewrap rubbish for you................

Meanwhile the Americans use the time as best they can......Messengers are sent to try to make contact with surrounded or cut off units......

They ready themselves for the attack and skirmishes break out as patrols meet...............or the germans probe the defences......[/ATTACH][/ATTACH][/ATTACH]

The attack is developed with infantry supported by light armour and flak......

But the US infantry is ready with bazookas, other weapons and even some armour support although this is very rare in this sector of the Bulge (Andy).

The attack goes in hard and this time the US troops have to give ground.......

They fall back into a bunker complex built into the hill, an old Belgian frontier position.....

The Germans try to infiltrate the positions......

And bring up heavy artillery to blast out the defenders......

The infantry watch and wait for the moment to follow through.......

After an initial repulse, the Germans set up their positions around the bunker complex......

And negotiations open for an honourable surrender.........

Terms are agreed, the surrender taken and the Germans push on again. Sepp urges the troops forward but he knows they are way behind schedule and if the skies clear the airforces will be back......

Heinrich is the driver of a t38 flak vehicle.......





when the jabos arrive he knows they are in trouble.....jammed bumper to bumper on the tricky roads.....

Over they go leaving death and destruction in their wake......

From now on the Germans are on the strategic defensive.....but sharp actions with counter attacks are common still .....
