Thanks! Ken Osen created it for the launch of Figarti Winter horse drawn artillery sets at an OTSN Chicago Show maybe 15 years ago. He took antique wood from moldings in his Victorian era home, which he was in the course of renovating, hand planed them and built the windmill, shed and barn. I was lucky enough to purchase the half of the diorama with the windmill, which actual works (the blades rotate and the building turns to face the wind).
