Crown Military Miniatures Booth at the Texas Toy Soldier Show.... (1 Viewer)

I am the proud owner of this masterpiece. Thanks Mike, you're a real artist!

What you say I don't collect Sudan Wars!?! You're right but imagine a DAK scene with AA gund on roof with German small vehicles (NOT tanks). Can you picture it...NO?

I can. I have some 8th Army too!

Thanks again Mike.

Well done Carlos, that is truly a beautiful piece {bravo}}:salute::

Martyn:)

ty Carlos for the kind words...I'm delighted you're happy with...it's gone to a great home in my opinion...

for those that have not met Carlos...I had met him briefly at 2-3 different shows in the past...but this is the first time that we really ever had time to talk to each other some...and for me to get to know him...

Carlos is always smiling and laughing...I swear to God...the guy is always smiling...he is just the easiest and funest guy to hang around with...being in his company just makes you feel good...

living just minutes from the show venue...he has become a staple of the San Antonio Show and hanging with Carlos was a highlight of my trip...

I actually set next to him and his very sweet wife Nancy at the Symposium...

here is one of the rare pictures of Carlos not smiling...but I'm pretty sure he is smiling on the inside...

I was gonna post these miscellaneous pictures of the San Antonio Show on a different thread...but the forum is so convoluted with Texas Toy Soldier Show threads...I wouldn't dare open another one...

so please enjoy them here...

I always like to see the vendors or collector's faces...here are a few...

of course Andy...Laura and DeAnna...

then Matt from Hobby Bunker...

then Steven Chong from Figarti...

then Alejandra and Blanca from Andrea/Blackhawk...

Great pics Mike, thanks for posting and hope you enjoyed the show.

Very much liking Crown Miltary and Collectors showcase ACW figures, going to check these out in London next month.

Rob

Thanks for all the great photos Michael!

Anyone know if on the WB ARW display are those some Lexington / Concord series figures peppered about?

Donnie
