Did you build the barracks yourself? The combination of buildings, the background, the ship and cannons, and most of all the choice of figures is IMHO superb. I think this is my favourite setup so far this year
thank you Wayne, thank you Niels for your praises. The fort walls are from the nice Barzso's Fort William Henry but I imagined it as a French fort on the Champlain Lake. Waiting a building like this from JJD this is a pleasant alternative.

There is a lot of discussion on the Forum about different vendors and mixing and matching sets.
You PROVED that it is easy to do so, ....... at least with your talent and imagination.
Well done Carlo. -- Larry
thank you Larry, thank you Sandor. Yes Marco writes right, the fort is from Ron Barzso Playsets, very nice structure for Jenkins FIW soldiers. The cannons are from an old French part work, are very nice made but quite scarce to find.
Ciao a tutti.

Hello Everyone !!! Carlo, beautiful Work as Always. Personally, I would love to have a sloop to go with the dock elements we already have.
This is a link to Fort St. Frederic (French Management) / Crown Point (British Management). The central citadel is French. Now this is a building for us!!!
thank you very much Ken, the French Citadel will be the must! I imagine how impressive it was at that time seen from the lake in the middle of wilderness.
Where you are with your Fort William Henry beauty??
Carlo
thank you very much James.
I find very nice the picture below showing the Fort abandon by the French garrison.
All we know the incomparable skill of John Jenkins. So I'd like to see more scenery buildings fro the Indian Wars. Time ago I sent to him the picture enclosed from one to take inspiration. The Blacksmith shop is very nice.
I'd like also a Tavern with civilian figures, a Georgian building facade like that I enclose, a Storehouse and a new Stockade fence with higher palisade and platforms etc
