Agreed, g18! We already have plenty of K&C knights with battle-axes. I'm thinking we may get some kind of unexpected surprise this time. Not sure what it would be though. Also, considering the figures that have been discontinued, I think there may also be a fitted pair of Saracen/Crusader figures engaged in combat together. I'm confident the November K&C release will be a very good one, especially with such ferocious competition now. I'm glad to hear the FL horses are so nice. Their foot figures show great animation, so I'm sure their mounted knights will be fabulous and hopefully at an affordable price. Now all we have to do is wait. Thanks for the history on Gerard.

I am inclined to agree with you that K&C will have something interesting for the Crusades. I am quite sure they are going to be very colourful.

Great to have FL and others doing the Crusades to offer us more choices. I just hope I can find common ground scale-wise to fit in the different manufacturers.

It's great to have variety ! I really enjoy the crusaders line and am thrilled to see it expand. I just added a couple sections of the JG castle collection (great pieces) to augment the collection.

BTW-sorry for the poor pics guys. Had to catch a flight, but was dying to post a few pics of the FL guys before heading off. I plan to take a bit more time and re-post some better shots tonite.
