I was looking at the display cabinets above, and it really reminded me of how inefficient curios can be at storing figure-sets. Unlike Andanna's cabinets, too much space gets wasted "overhead," in the void above the figures and below the next shelf. That said, this can be somewhat offset by the purchase of "shelf-kits" from the manufacturer, Pulaski or Miller for instance. The practical impact of the shelf-kits is to double the number of shelves available for display and storage. And while this solution isn't as elegant or efficient as Andanna's setup, it's a heck of a lot better than the shelf configuration that I'm afraid many collectors live with in their homes.:redface2:
