Damaged/wrecked vehicles....? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone else think it would be nice to see K&C add some damaged/wrecked vehicles to their WW2 ranges to help add that little bit extra to a display??

Yes I think it would be a good idea.Knocked out Tanks of all nations would be good,an ambushed Kubelwagon for Arnhem would also be cool as well.

They did offer these once, but they did not really sell quickly, even though they are of course long gone and sell at a premium now. Perhaps they will explore it again, but I don't think its a priority.

I remember once seeing a "Britains" set of a damaged Steyr with a dead SS dude hang'n out of the front passengers seat and another lying dead next to it. Even though the set was a bit crude the concept was good

Not wanting to copy anything of Britains......wrecked vehicles with accompaning figures could be a goa

Yes I saw that too,pretty good.Its just what we need.Another producer has released a nice looking knocked out Panther with a dead crew,I am going to get this at the London show as it would look so good in a dio with British and Canadian troops walking past.More knocked out German Tanks and dead crew please.

I don't think these have ever done well on Ebay either. The few I saw go on Ebay drew very little interest & price markup...which is probably why nobody bothers listing them anymore.

Back when I first started collecting, I stumbled into a whole mother load of these (seven or eight in addition to the ones I kept) and did very well with them.

I really like damaged and destroyed vehicles. The realism they add is immeasurable. I have all of those early K&C ones pictured earlier, and I would really like to see something similar done with a Sherman, Cromwell, Priest, Lee etc.

I'd love a new knocked out Hetzer for the Bulge,there are some great pictures of knocked out Hetzers and I think this would make for a cool dio.
