Nice pics with the diorama in the background. The Mercedes looks like it has a pretty good gloss look to the paint. :wink2:

To add some info to this thread...The car comes with 2 different doors to allow for the open or closed look. The paint finish is superb and the figures well done. If asked would I recommend this set the answer is a resounding............... YES. !!!!!

You can get some of it on the Bay --but most of it i got out of Germany from dealers i know there or i have several buddies who go over 2-3 times a year for the German toy soldier shows.I used to go over every other year or so but have not gone in the last 8-9 years.Mike B.;)Since i have been doing metal the last few years i have been selling a lot of my composition and tinplate.My good friend Lloyd has had some of it on e-bay selling under gearsdown.He is a retired airline pilot ,is in Germany often and has been selling these items for 10 years or so.

Although I'm not the biggest fan of LAH type products for personal reasons, I do own some K/C LAH because I believe it has some "Historical Significance".....Dark Reality....This CS Staff Car looks to be well done.....Congrats to Brian and CS.....Is it possible for some one to do a side by side comparison photo of this Staff Car with the K/C Hitler Staff Car?....I have the K/C Green Version.....I believe it was from the K/C Fields of Battle Series....I would be very interested in how they match up in terms of scale and quality.....The green K/C Hitler Staff car was "very well done" and IMO a bit hard to improve upon.....I missed out on the older K/C silver version which I believe was 1:32 scale.........Thank you in advance for anyone willing/able to post comparison photos.

This Mercedes car is very well done. For owners of the K&C versions, the biggest thing that stands out with the CS Mercedes is the gloss black paint finish which looks correct as this car is supposed to be more of a parade or touring version than a military armored car.I can post pics after returning from London. Cheers ....

Panzer ace i hope you have a good time in London i would love to go some day.Enjoy yourself and i hope you find everything you are looking for.Mike B.{sm4}

Bought my Mercedes at The Annandale Show yesterday. It is a great model. I highly recommend adding it to your collection. Also, Minuteman, Hobby Bunker and Treefrog (which recently started showing there) should be complemented for their outstanding booths. Next show I believe is in Feb. and despite the projected cold is well worth attending. Regards, Larry.
