Fellow Forum Members, any opinions about this piece, I got a fourth piece/set of the Rangers ( thanks to Treefrog:D:D) and now have my sights on this Landing craft. But, Need your opinion. If it is definitely a must have (with the Snow tiger and the new 88 coming out, It is way too many choices :):). Thanks in advance with the replies!!

I would rate it third behind the Snow Tiger and the 88. They should sell at a brisk pace.:) Still, a nice piece. Big price jump from the first edition.

Depends on where your collecting priorities are. If you like german stuff the answer lies with those sets the piece you mention is very nice and one you would not be dissapointed with. A tough decision but, the 88mm is not out nor is the Tiger 1 yet so, get this set now and see what else you can pick up

I think the landing craft is an excellent piece, in some ways better than the Tiger as it's quite rare compared to aforementioned big cat, which is of course a great release. There will possibly always be Tiger's but LC's may be more rare.

For me, these pieces ( I mean Landing Crafts) are too big for my collection and the space I have available. Since I put every K&C piece in a dio I have to limit myself to vehicles , guns and tanks. So LC's for me are out, long live the Tiger ( rather expensive at € 229)and the 88mm
Guy:)

I like it, and have on the beach set B, but have bene wondering if I should keep it as I want to create a Rangers at point du hoc diorama t trying to find the other rangers sets will be a reall tuffy!:(

I bought one of the new landing crafts in Chicago and it is one of my favorite pieces to date. DD047, 48, 61 & 62 look great with the landing crafts!

I was Debating between The Focke-wulf airplane, And the landing craft. When Andy, visited The Sierra Toy soldier. The airplane won out. But now can afford another " Big Piece". And since I got another set from Treefrog (DD-048), The landing Craft Came back to mind. So I really APPRECIATE, The Opinion you gave fellow Forum Members. Thanks Once again!!
