The setting is stunning Tom, so appropriate for AK series. The LOJ figures so suit the scene. That Adler is my downfall, really nice, especially the camo, have to have one in 2017. It's great that you have so much terrain set out a column of vehicles, this is one big diorama. Looking forward to seeing more of the village and how the figures react with it. You would have to be happy with this lot. Robin.

What a beautiful set up, crystal clear pictures and a nice story,......just splendid.:salute::

Fantastic setup Tom. Did you create everything as with your Western Europe diorama?

Brad

Great diorama Tom; very realistic. The photos are excellent. Did you re-number one of the Panzer IVs?

Hi Tom,

Love it! Great wide perspective to show off the strength of Rommel's convoy. The terrain, palms, rocks, and buildings look fantastic adding a nice sense of depth to your photos. Excellent dio.

EDIT: I also like seeing the blend of Life of Jesus figures in your scene. They make perfect desert civilians.

Some dio Tom !!!!!! what great pictures of a great diorama.
Well done Tom
Guy:)

Thanks Robin and you won't be sorry in getting the Adler, it's a real beaut!

Thanks Cruelios.

Thanks Brad and I only created the right side of the dio which includes the rocky terrain, well, palm trees, 2 olive trees, stone wall etc. The left side or desert buildings is a Jakob special! You see the dio is actually 2 parts and I created the right side to work in with the one that Jakob built.

Thanks Kat and I got John (obee on the forum) to re-number one of the panzer's some time ago. He is a genius with the brush and he painted the number as opposed to using decals.

Thanks Rob and yeah, I like the LOJ figures and if K&C make some new one's in the future, I may consider buying them.

Mate, you have two desert Panzer IV's!^&grin That's nearly as bad as having two desert Tigers.{sm4}

Love your display and the lighting and terrain is spot on.

I'm sooo jealous.

Tom,

It's the parts that you made that I like the most, taking nothing away from Jakob, who did a bang up job too!

Brad

Tom:

Looking good dude. Well done.

Thanks big fella!

Looks great. I like the interaction between the figs. Chris

Thanks Chris.

Thanks Toddy and it's probably the last time i'll be able to afford two panzers or any tank/vehicle that is the same for that matter.

Thanks Brad, that is very kind of you to say that.
