Did JG offer castles as a set or just individual pieces? (1 Viewer)

I have a JG castle along with two tents and a few figures. Would these have all been part of one set? Looking at the Sheffield site, they only seem to sell individual pieces.

Campaign Tents are sold separately. Still available via Sheffield Miniatures now:

Interesting. So, what would the JGM stamp on the bottom of those figures represent?

That's a mystery to me. As much as I know from my experience JG Miniatures did not offer/produce figures. Hopefully another Forum member can shed light on this for you.

John Gittins DID make figures many years ago actually!
Sherlock Holmes has cycled through my Consignment area on occasion and there was a Snow White and Seven Dwarves set. I couldn't tell you all the figures he made, but he did make them in his early years!

Would that make his figures more collectible? I'm trying to price this collection for sale. Any thoughts on what a fair price would be for the 5 Roman figures without the box?
