Not sure why I never thought to display my German Midget Submarine models on the seaplane ramp display mat from Thomas Gunn, but it works!

Below are some simple displays with the Eagle Designs U-Boot Biber model with W.Britain figures and the Eagle Designs U-Boot Molch with some K&C Kriegsmarine figures. The Molch model seems to scale better with the larger figures, so that’s why it has the K&C figures.

U-Boot Biber:

Nicely done, T-Man. The combination of the subs with the TG water mat works well. I have the Molch by Eagle Designs which I like very much.
I like the little supplies you added to the Biber scene. That's a cool sub as well.

Here's a little set-up I made earlier in the year:

Great setup Rob! Lots going on there and I see you used the TGM water/seaplane ramp mat as well 😎

I was late in the game on the K&C Kriegsmarine series and one day would love to find the KM015 figure as it makes for a perfect midget sub pilot.

Great set up Tristan and yes that mat certainly adds to the display.
Years ago I worked with an older gentleman, who in his youth had been a Royal Marine and that at the end if the war, he and a few others, were tasked with helping to clear a harbour, of war debris, on the first occasion, they were removing one of these mini subs from the bottom of the harbour and the German submariner was still in the submarine, dead.
Killed by fumes, I think he said and that others were found over time. Unfortunately I can't remember the harbour he mentioned for sure, but I've a feeling he said Hamburg.
