Dispatches Are Up Now! (1 Viewer)

A very nice looking German recovery vehicle in there today, alongside some cool looking Kriegsmarine figures. The 8th Army stuff is my highlight especially that Bren gun carrier and I was pleased and surprised to see Andy return to the jumping US Paras figures, these do look cool hanging from the ceiling,a good chance for anyone who missed out on these first time around. The P51 is a superb release along with its figures, saw this last month and its on the list for sure. Can't see any retirements either!Another excellent issue of dispatches, thanks Andy!

For me this dispatch sums up why K&C are my favourite TS producer, month after month of superb product characterized by quality and depth. In this first month alone the P51,Jumping Paras,8TH Army vehicles and figures,German Sub,recovery vehicle and Nissan hut would all be most welcome in my collection. It is a great start to 2010 and sure bodes well for the rest of the year,oh and in case I didn't say it....NO RETIREMENTS TOO!!:D;)

Saw the mini-sub at Chicago. It looks even better in person than in the Dispatches. The P-51B Mustang and naval crane are also superb looking pieces.

Hey Guys,
You must be recovering from New Year as not so alert as usual. Look carefully and you will see a missing Item code from the Kriegsmarine. Based on what I have seen on this forum I think I can guess what it is but I will leave that to somebody else to have a guess.
Now who will be the first to come up with same guess as me ?
Regards
Brett

A U-Boat.......................:D

Wayne,
Great minds think alike :D
Just my guess based on the Chicago diorama where there was a mini sub also displayed in water and item code is next to KM010SL.

Brett

I just bumped thread from Chicago up. However looking at the photos there the two subs have the same No 11 and it appears to be same sub except can't see bottom bit of one in the water.
So KM011 will be a mystery for a while.

Great stuff! I like those Kriegsmarine figures. Also that Recovery vehicle is sweet looking.

All the Kriegsmarine figures look very nice,I especially like the UBoat commander:cool:

Another great set of releases from K&C. Looks like I will be filling up my new display case very quickly.:)

The missing product code could be for almost anything. K&C has done this before - leaving a product code gap or two. Some have been unfilled for years while others have been filled in within the past year. It could be a second mini-sub, or something completely different, or just a whimsical idea in Andy's head.

As for a U-Boat at 1:30 scale, it would be too big for even a shock and awe piece.

Terry

Another question this dispatch raises, how many Nissen huts do I want?;)
