Dispatches pictures coming through! (1 Viewer)

I do know of ebay suppliers and non ebay suppliers who offer 10% - 15% discount, I just want to know why they can on their margins and K & C who sell directly not offer discounts, however i have bought about £250 per month on average in the last 4 years.

Will not tell anyone because the golden goose could be hit with that axe, I think there are a few 'ringer' on the forum.

I will admit most of my purchases are from the US as i get more for my money, with prices being $ = £ and in some case things are priced higher in £s than in $s.
For our colonial cousins check out both US and UK websites for prices.

It has been nice to be part of the forum but me thinks my comments may mean I disappear in night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought the phrase was "go quietly into the night" Bye. :salute:: It's been an experience. ^&grin

Peiper, don't worry, this is Treefrog not Berlin 1939!:wink2:^&grin

Although some have disappeared! We had a collector who was crazy for North Africa, he's disappeared without trace!:wink2:

Rob I note you have had your wrists slapped a couple of times. See you the glasshouse will tap on the pipes.

What a breath of fresh air this dispatch was. We came soooooo close to not having a single WWII German release! ^&grin The new Napoleonics and Sons of the Empire in gloss are so colourful and unique, I think they are awesome. Once again these new directions are pulling me to places I never thought I'd venture. I'll probably have to dabble into a few of them. Highlights for me are the Napoleon on the Camel and umbrella piece. The glossy Sikhs are really cool too. My current collection lack glossy but they really look great for the era's that have splashy, colourful uniforms. They harken back to a time when collecting toy soldiers was about toys not necessarily realism.
I do like the Thunderbolt and the bright colours on it. I've been waiting for an excuse to pick up USAAF ground personnel however I don't want this plane bad enough to pay $300 for it! I think that is excessive, we really blew past the $200 mark ( which I also thought was a lot ) and not looked back. If K&C ever do a silver version of an American fighter I probably will cave and buy this line.
The few retirements don't hurt much, the only one I'm considering is the Olive coloured British ambulance however I have the RAF version so we'll see.
All in all a very nice dispatch, the best so far this year and K&C haven't even got to my favourites MG and D-Day! As always, I look forward to future releases.

P.S. The sneak peeks from the westcoaster show some really cool WWI warbirds. I've been waiting for K&C to dabble into this area and no doubt I'll be purchasing some of those pieces over time. What a fantastic time to be a collector! %^V
