Display Cabinet (1 Viewer)

Picked up a couple display cabinets from IKEA and wired them with some LED puck lights. Each cube is approximately 14'' x 14'' x14'' and is perfect for highlighting small individual dioramas. This cabinet will be mostly featuring WB's WWII collection.

What a fantastic and attractive way to display your dioramas, Dragoon! I may have to emulate you, if only there were an IKEA store less than 3-hours drive away from me… And I really like how you’ve done the terrain on all your bases as well - it’s superb work

I hadn't thought of using that type of IKEA cabinet for display, all mine are in BILLY bookcases, but these have depth which is great for diorama bases. Now all I need is the space....!

Thanks for the nice comments. - The cabinets are from IKEA's Kallax line. Surprisingly light for Ikea, and pretty easy to assemble. Also bought the metal leg base which nicely elevates the appearance of the cabinets. The lights were bought through Amazon and are ''daisy chained'' so each light is connected to the next one in line. Trying to hide the wiring was the most time consuming part of the whole project.
