Essentially I just want a cav officer with a Stetson

Using a Head from a TSSD Cavalry figure would make that easy.
That should not take longer than 15-minutes plus drying time.

That is exactly what I'm looking for!

I need to fill some seams, add a pistol holster and canteens then put on a base coat of paint (helps me see gaps and presents a more finished appearance to the figure). PM me and we can hash out a price.
