I just got a Conte German SS conversion from him that I like very much. I wanted to ask him if he takes requests but I do not want to violate eBay's TOS about outside transactions so I hoped I could reach him here. I hope it is OK to ask on this forum.

Gary Dutko is basicly retired from doing conversions. I,ve known Gary for about 15 years now, what he is doing now on ebay is using bits and pieces from left over figures. Just sort of cleaning out his remaining stock.
Too bad you didn,t get him in his hey day. Lucky for me I did. He has done hundreds of conversions for me.
There is a member of this board that does the best conversions of any one I dealt with, Gary Binder.
I also have another Scott Schleh. What is good about Scott he does this for a living, if you want contact information message me.

I bought a model of Fort Necessity off of Gary on ebay A friend of Gary's had made it for him years ago and he was so worried that it would be damaged shipping it here he brought it all the way from Gettysburg to me down here in South Jersey.I only got to talk to him for a few minutes but could tell he was a real nice person.He told me that he was retiring and had to divest himself of his collection as his wife had said he'd better or if she found someone with a $100 and a pickup she would do it for him.{eek3}
