Don't worry Brad................... (1 Viewer)

Dear Brad,

An arrogant NY Yankee fan would like to take a momment to offer his deepest sympathy.... NOT!

See you next Spring.

Dave

Dave,

We don't need any comments from Yankee scum.

By the way, how did it go for you guys in the LCS? Oh, I forgot you were eliminated in the Divisional series for the second year in a row.

Brad, this is one Yankee fan that was rooting for the Mets. I love Willie and could not ever wish him ill.......Michael I guess we will let you have that Warbird now.........

Yeah, I got carried away. When the Yankees are in the Series, I can't say I'm really for them but I'm not really against them. I'm just not a happy camper right now and those kinds of comments will get most Mets fans going.

I'm sure that some of those big bidders will get the warbird but I'm sure it will show up again. Everything seem to do so.

Brad, you took the loss as a class act.
You are right, the Mets were the better team, however, the Cards were also the better team and lost the past few seasons.
I have to say, after that catch, I told my wife it,s over, but again, "It,s not over till it,s over"
Gary

Gary,

Over the season they were but in this 7 game series they were not and that's why the Cards are going to the WS. Dave Duncan had a good plan against the Mets hitters so you have to tip your cap to him.

Michael,

Willie could be one of the best managers the Mets ever had. His quiet confidence and support shows through. One thing I'll miss is not hearing Willie for the most part until Spring. I don't think this team would be where it was if not for him. They should tear up his contract and give him a new one. Even after only two years on the job I'd rank right behind Gil Hodges and Davey as the best managers we've had. He did a super job and I can't believe other teams passed up on the opportunity to hire him.

WFAN in New York has been non-stop baseball post mortem today. The Mike and the Mad Dog show got hold of a tape of an interview with one of the Cardinal players and in the background you can hear the Cardinal players mocking the Mets by singing that Jose song the Shea pubic announcer was playing when Reyes was up. Allegedly, LaRussa was part of it.

What a bunch of idiots. That's real Cardinal class for you. Wouldn't expect any more of that insufferable moron LaRussa. After that pond scum comment from the 80s, what more could you expect from those morons?

God, I hope the Tigers take them out in 4 or 5. I'd love to see the Tigers celebrate in Busch.
