I do enjoy my early morning cup of coffee. This every day ritual allows time for thought and mindful musings of what is and what could be . . .

My coffee musings this morning:

Outer Banks?

Nice figs. Chris

Good eye Chris . . . The Outer Banks, aka OBX, of North Carolina. My wife and I go there just about every year. This year we went the first week of May so it's still on my mind. A great way to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of bourbon in the afternoon/evening.

It's a beautiful scene Mike. Went to Buxton (next to the lighthouse) on yearly summer vacations as a kid. In fact the first few yrs were by ferry before the bridge was built. All very rustic then, no high rises or big hotels. Would love to go back sometime. Enjoy.

I've been going to the Outter Banks for over 60 years and have seen many, many changes.
We stay in Avon now where this picture was taken. Extremely familiar with Buxton area, Fresno, Hatteras, as well as Okracoke . .
