Guys...

Took a few pics of the european FW190 this morning. I was very impressed with the Tropical variant when I saw it but, this famous version is absolutely superb. for me, its better than some of the aircraft my mates do for shows the detailing is superb and the finish is just stunning.

Anyone wanting one of these and maybe sitting on the fence IMO should just get it. Its one of those sets where you will just think, I am really glad I got that. For a young company to produce an aircraft of this calibre bodes well for what is to come in the future.

Beautiful FW, Mitch. The photos are much better than the site's pictures. -- Al

I know its been discussed on the K&C and CS thread about manufacturers promo pics not giving the best portrayal of their products and this certainly is the case here

Superb plane.....I'd like to get into collecting 1/30 planes but funds & space are not permitted for now{sm2}

just cherry pick or, get one or two. I would definately say get one of these as they are superb and well priced

Mitch,

It certainly looks superb! Your pictures are much better than those TG and dealers posted. Would you know if its size is identical to K&C`s FW (LW023)? The reason I ask is that as we all know sometimes you find small differences between TS producers on the same scale. I have the K&C model which I display in a Luftwaffe dio and I would like to have a second FW on it...

Sentaapua...

I don't have comparison pics of the two but, the TG FW 190 measures up as follows wingspan approx 14 inches length approx 11 inches and, height to the top of the propellor is five inches high. Hopefully, that will help but, someone must have the two so they can post pics

Thanks Mitch!! These measurements really help a lot because since I have K&C`s it gives me an idea how close they are in size. :)

Just received my FW190 yesterday but unfortunately I have to send it back for replacement due to numerous paint chips on one of the wheels, and also the wheel rods. The plane itself is beautiful. My dealer told me that they've had quite a few issues with this plane as almost half of them got send back for replacement. It looks like this due to poor quality control at manufacturer.

On the plus side they told me the CS 88mm gun will be shipped out next monday {sm3}.
