If someone do not like it it does not mean it is rubbish when it is watch by 200 million people.

They all contest in this festival in their past years.

Easily the worst tv programme of the year, and remember, over here we have televised Darts!

Just cause 200million and, that I recal was suspected as a fix to allow the show to continue, watch does not mean its good. I do remember reading in the newspaper that Wogan was the main catalyst for the show not the ''alleged'' talent. Also mate your list does not help your point, as apart from say abba, (at a push) the rest are Rubbish!!! IMO

Ales my friend, just because lots of people watch it doesn't mean its good, millions of little Girls brought the Spice Girls records, but they still weren't good!. Its total rubbish, every country votes for the country next door, the songs are so bland that 18 seconds afterwards you've totally forgotten them, hours of moronic presenters saying 'welcome to bla bla and here's the votes from us that no one gives a tinkers cuss about'!. Its prehistoric nonsense and an evening of wasted transmition time. And the lyrics ARE TERRIBLE! ' Bing bang bong your love made me choke, bing bang bong but you turned out to be a bloke ' !! .Wow I've just written a Euro hit!

And as for Celine Dion being rubbish, well one of the worst things I've ever heard was her version of AC/DC's 'you shook me all night Long', I'd never been in favour of the Death sentence for criminals....and then I heard that!:wink2:

The reason you hear that about the Stones all the time Ales is because its true, no offence to your country but the Stones have sold millions upon millions of records and still play to millions of people everytime they Tour Worldwide, not just in one country. The reason they are still going after all these years is that they are loved by millions of people worldwide, US,Europe, Far East etc, thats universal appeal Ales not just popular in one region of the world.^&cool:salute::
