Only 285 were built in 1940 and 1941. I would like to use my winter version in a scene set during operation Nordwind in the winter of 1944-1945
After 4 years of combat the vehicle should look worn-out and almost Kaput !!! That's why I repainted my winter version completely .To show you the difference between the original one and the personalized one I join pics of both.

Fantastic Guy! You really achieved the "very used and aging" effect!

With this quality custom painting Guy I think you have added value to the piece if you ever sell it. Well done, Cheers, Robin.

Paint job is excellent. And you were able to drill out the openings in the wheels. That makes a huge difference.

It sure added value to it great job Guy,but im glad TGM don't do it to all there vehicles the price would be to much.

Terry,
I did not drill out the openings in the wheels. I painted them black and highlighted the metal ribs around them. This gave some depth to the wheel structure;

It looks very good - it fooled me.
