Here is the 1st batch of pictures of my latest diorama . The scene is set on the "route D511" a few miles from the town of Falaise in Normandy.
Diorama is called "The road of death". A column of German troops is hold up by a previous column that was shot to pieces by the allied air force ;
Both vehicles have been repainted and weathered. The Market Garden citroën is now painted in Normandy camo.
A lot of detail added to the scene . Hope you will enjoy.
Guy:)

Great looking diorama Guy. The dead cattle is a nice bit of detail that I've seen in several Invasion photos.

Extremely well constructed, Guy, with all the details and the layout of the ground covering and shrubs, etc. working perfectly
Your repaints are a thing of beauty, so very well done.

I do feel a bit sorry that the cow and mule that got killed ....not so much for the German!

Here are a few more photographs.
Bullet holes on the citroën have been worked on ( made them less shiny)
I personally like the helicopter view

Awesome diorama Guy; been looking forward to seeing this as I've been into Fields of Battle lately. Splendid details in your scene and nice photography.

In addition to the cattle, a team of dead horses still in their traces, hitched to a shot up cart or limber would really add something to this already fantastic scene.

Simply awesome work again! {bravo}}I agree, liked the 'helicopter view'.
