The Germans broke through, and capture the town of Heinerscheid, despite taking heavy losses.

The American prisoners and civilians were rounded up by the Germans and placed under the watchful eyes of their nervous German guards.

The Germans pushed through the town, they were already behind schedule. They had to use the support of Stug Assault guns to capture the town.

The Germans suffered quite a high number of casualties in a bid to capture the town and these wounded were evacuated to the rear. Manteuffel lit a cigerette nervously as an officer made his report. Opposition was stiffer than he first thought.

There is always time for a smoke before going on, will it be his last smoke?

You can see the stress on their faces. The battle had been tough.

Great work! I like the use of the various wounded figures!

Great story line and use of sets. Makes me realize I've got to set some money aside for that StuG. I've avoided the KC buildings due to the cost, but I have to admit it's a stunner.
Well done !

Thanks guys for the encouraging comments. I hope K&C release a German panther ausf G and panzer4 tank for the battle of the bulge at the end of this year, the BOB range had been fantastic so far.:smile2:

Very nice mate and yeah, another Panther and Panzer IV for the Bulge would be nice. I would like to see them in a winter white washed grey.
