Great set up Wayne, I've never really looked at this figure in detail till now its actually quiet a nice piece & the female also reminds me of the young girl from the old Wings TV show from the 70's.

wayne, another cracker, I think you really captured the feeling in the excellent figure, thanks for posting

Thanks guys.
(Craig thank you for all your kind comments on the other dios.)

I have liked that figure since I first saw it.

I wish that Andy would move it to other series like he has done with so many others. The British (AWI) Army soldier would sometimes take his entire family along on campaigns. When General Burgoyne’s Army surrendered, not only did the Colonial Army get prisoners, but entire families.

Nice dio and use of the figure. -- Larry

I agree Larry, this idea of the soldier saying goodbye to his sweetheart would work well in a lot of other eras too! I personally would like to see it done with an early war Tommy from the FOB range.

Craig

Or an RAF pilot saying goodbye to his girlfriend? The posibilitys aare endless!!!

Thanks Larry, you're a gent.
Wayne.

A nice figure indeed. There was rumor when it came out that the facial sculpt might very well be of Andy himself!

Do you mean that's how Andy looked in 1917? ^&grin^&grin Or is that the artistic representation. ^&grin^&grin
