Nice vehicles you picked there as your favorites, Andy.
I don't have anything WWII and just got into starting to collect vehicles/airplanes, but that is for WWI.
However, I do have two favorites so far, and that are the John Jenkins Ford Model T Ambulance and the German Armored Car.

I see quite a few rare CGB Models and Toy Army Workshop vehicles in there (the glossy metal vehicles), mixed with K&C (the Kubelwagons) and collectors showcase (the other polystone vehicles). Terrific collection. I also love K&C, CJB Models, and Toy Army Workshop WWI, WWII and interwar-year vehicles, as well as similar vehicles by Heco Tinplate Models, Bengurion Models, John Jenkins Designs and Figarti.

Those look great! Are they all King&Country?

Hi Lo,

Thanks for the note....Louis has a very good eye for the vehicles and gave a very good description of what I have posted......and yes the brands he listed are the ones in the pictures, plus two more Scale Link ( from the UK - they sell the kits and you have to build them ) and First Gear ( in the US - many years ago - before they acquired Britains they were focused on trucks and tractors ) and Bengurion.......It is a pitty that vehicles are hard to come along, and when they do, they are few and you need to be very lucky to pick them.....
I do my best to stick to metal ones only, but some times you need to get the poly or plastic ones given that no other source exists....I praise the metal ones that carry a full degree of acuracy to the real vehicle, such as scale link, First Gear, TAW and CJB, and less to the metal ones such as metal shed and others that are more toy like and not so inclined to the real reproduction.....

Regards

The first gear and scale link vehicles look great!^&cool^&cool

In addition to the excellent makes you listed, I also think Yeomanry Miniatures has done a nice job filling in for Toy Army Workshop.:wink2:

Hi Louis,
Yes that is true....I am looking forward to seeing what Brian is going to release soon....Most interested in the artillery sets he is planning to field....

Hi Friends,
I was asked by a friend assembler close ups of two staff cars I have in my collection. One is a WW1 TAW Ford Model T and the other an Inter Wars Staff car called Praire Schonner by CJB. The latter one has a short history serving the British Army given that they began service towards the end of the 20s and were all lost in Dunkirk with the rest of the BEF heavy equipment........
So I thought of sharing these close ups with you also....
Regards
