Incredible display Warbuff26! :cool: What a terrific interpretation of Arnhem and 2 six pounders! :D Thanks for sharing those picks! Gentlemen ever since our Aussie friends informed us that OMG is done our forum has exploded with dioramas and accolades for this series and I think that is great. Lets keep it up. Keep beating the drum and show the world how great this series is and that its potential hasn't been reached. At some point I'm sure Andy ( who views our forum regularly) will make future "drops" for us all.

Long live OMG {sm3}

Here, here, I second that thought, well said.{bravo}}

Fantastic display Warbuff, looks like you've got the entire range there.

I see you have two six pounders. What do you think of them, I've been thinking about grabbing one, for a while now. Would be interested in any feedback from you or any others on the forum.

And please keep posting.{sm3}

Not a collector of this set but was impressed by a six pounder sighted in the flesh recently. There certainly has been an outpouring of support for continuing the series but then dios are made of figures already purchased, and continuing the series requires more purchases - perhaps an outpouring of commitment is what's needed along with some rabid discussion about what additions would be supported by mass purchases. Wish you all luck as the dios that have sprung up recently are a boost to the imagination - well done everybody :salute::

Excellent dio and collection of OMG Warbuff and i like the buildings as well. Well done and thanks for posting {bravo}}

Toddy, grab a 6 pounder mate if you can, i ordered one and it's on it's way across Oz as i write this message!

Tom

Yes love this series, great scenery to compliment the MG figures, boy if K&C do release any further sets in this series, they will be jumped on. The end of the series has certainly brought out the passion by collectors and encouraged them to dust off the sets and declare they do in fact have them by way of diorama's. All good, hopefully more to come, cheers, Robin.

Dia dhuit, Conás átá tú

I went and joined up after readin the forum all these years. I like the set up and do not like the word that Market garden is going away.

I don’t have a loyalty to the series and never collected it since it was before my time. However, I have seen the range and if new figures/vehicles were currently available, as a new collector I would purchase them. The range set the “standard’’- and personally I love the thought of a city-fight.

I love the series and have most of the pieces, but where did you get all those beautiful buildings? Are they scratch built?

My question as well, although knowing Brian, he may have built them.

Awesomely done. Only about six weeks to Chicago :smile2:

B,
That is one terrific looking diorama, really captures the desperate "last stand" feel by the British Airborne as the pocket slowly collapsed.

All of those buildings are Hobby Bunker originals, have painted them all of them up numerous times for various customers, they are without a doubt among the best commercially available buildings on the market today to depict Arnhem, they are outstanding really, must haves for any Arnhem collector.

The buildings from John at JG Miniatures are terrific as well.

When I think Arnhem buildings, I think Hobby Bunker and JG Miniatures..................

The buildings are all from the Hobby Bunker.....picked them up during the Chicago Show!

Thanks Tom, Wayne and everyone else that responded to my questions regarding the 6 pounder set.{sm4}

Nice pic Wayne, thanks for sharing mate. Have always liked the set, particularly the figures......will be ordering one shortly guys.

Yes lets keep the pressure on Andy and the K&C team for more add-on's to the Arnhem range, they've done a surperb job thus far, would be a crying shame to see it end.{bravo}}
