Yeah I have a full set of DD33 and another partial set of the same and the figures poses have been slightly altered.

Oh great! Now I have to find KGL variant or I am not complete! Do you by any chance have comparison pics? I'd love to see photos of the two KGL figures.

It would be interesting to see as they come from the same origin so how could they be markedly different??

I'd like to see that one as well; I have two of those but they are the same version.[/I]

Ramrods on Naps artillery figures are markedly different in length.

Ohhhh...you know...I think I have another figure like that...gosh, now I can't think of which one. Can't be NA076, cause I just checked, and I only have one. Now I have to go check...don't hold your breath; this could take a while. Hmm...maybe the 71st loading.

sorry, i just cannot get these pictures loaded. having the variations is nice because they look like two different figures. i will try again tomorrow to download them

one variation which has stood out to me is the MP single figure with the tommy gun is also in a dd30-something airborne mortar set.

Well, do let me know when you find it.

I noticed a diffence in size of a couple of Black Watch (NA036) and saw the base was about 1mm lower on one figure, and underneath it had different labelling.

The most bizzare figure is the Sgt from the 71st Regiment of Foot (NA007).... who is dressed for battle against Napoleon, but labelled to charge the Beaches of Normandy, 130 years later..... :)

Anyone else go 'funnys' like these ????

John

If that mislabled figure were a baseball card, it would be called a very rare error card and dealers would try to sell it for big dollars.:D That kind of crap is what ruined the baseball card business. -- Al

Well...I just think that NA007 is hilarious! I wish I had one. Looks as if the bases on the NA036s are a different thickness, but the figure may be the same? Maybe the original base wasn't as well weighted as they had hoped.

I think they get all the bases mixed up I have some FJ's with different bases. I still await the pics of the actual figures being different.

I checked all my 71st Regt figures..they are all the same, but I swear I had two loading figures that had some variation...for all I can remember, could be another manufacturer.

I have two sets of French HA. The ramrod one gunner is holding is 1/2 to 3/4 inches longer than the other set. I guess two sizes were cut during production.

OK...I think I have 4 of these...boxed...somewhere in the dungeon...guess I'll put my miner's hat on and go look!

What 4 sets of Artillery...

I'd have them righ out there on show.... the whole Battery .... what a line up :) :)
