Finally, John Jenkins WW1, I'm in!! (2 Viewers)

Great collection Moe. Enjoyed your postings. Chris

Hi Chris,

You know, it's really all about the models. They really are first-rate. However, I'd be fibbing if I didn't admit that I enjoy the pilots and ground-crew, immensely, also. I just wish that I could find similar items, so comprehensive in scope, for other eras and scales. This is an area where diecast and plastic kits really come up short, as you are almost certainly aware.:(

Very impressive. The colors are amazing. Very nice collection and well represented.

Don't be silly. You've got your ticket now, and a bona fide license to muse.^&cool

Thank you my friend, I do feel I'm in exclusive company around here!:salute::.

Hi Moe
Here's an earlier post with diecast acft and plastic ground crew and pilots. Chris

Very nice, I just want to see more figure and vehicle support for model airplanes, especially for the EXPENSIVE ones. There's a fork in the road between vehicles and aircraft over scale. The dominant scale for vehicles is 1/35, which is too large for 1/48 and iffy for 1/32, not to mention 1/30!{eek3} For our other readers, Chris deserves a hand for the pilot figures. They're Tamiya 1/48 and he's detailed them very nicely. Looks like pro-work to me.

And sincerest apologies to any KotS piece that didn't make it into the exposition.;)

I was cleaning out the folder where I store temporary images, and came across these two JJ fellas:

They too serve who naught but observe.:wink2:
