Hi guys

Those that like our Crimean project with the brilliant toy soldier makers at K&C may want to have a look at the K&C UK blog for the first look of the colour masters.

If you follow this link http://kingandcountry.co.uk/KCBLOG/

In Chicago next week we will have the master PU samples (unpainted) and colour pictures. Come to the TF room to take a look

regards

Tony

Very nice indeed Tony, they look really good. The lancer falling from his Horse is a standout and the Russian troops in long brown coats look spot on:cool:.

Looks like I will get Florence and one of the Russian soldiers to finish of my Crimea sampler collection.

Infact master PU (plastic samples) just turned up in office and they are so much better than the pictures.

Florence face is just like her picture and lot more real than the picture on our blog. I will get some pics of these if i geta chance

Tony

Brilliant!

I've always liked the 17th Lancer figures although the cost has prevented me from starting. But, once again I am tempted. I think that if there is nothing to compliment my SOHK stuff in the next month, I'll make the decision to either grab some of these or switch to the Britains Delhi Durbar series.

Appreciate your comment about cost (we know they are higher) but just to let you know that the lancers are disapearing and will be a discontinued item i think before the year is out.

regards

Yeah, I know Tony, hopefully with the Aussie dollar appreciating in value they'll become a bit more affordable ... before they all disappear.

Tony,

as I expected, after seeing the drawings in June, Florence Nightingale is THE BEST of the bunch!

As usual Andy has achieved even more wonderful figures, and I'm sure they will be a big hit with collectors.

Tony,

I have taken the liberty to download these so all can see what a great release these are!

Looking good. Thanks for postng these.
Sad to see the series finish, but can't wait to get them. Hard to choose which is my favourite.

I have all the charge sets and this falling lancer will look great amongst the others. Fantastic looking Russians and Florence too! Great work Tony & K&C HK. I suppose all good things must come to an end.....

......Not necessarily, there will now be a total of 41 sets, which as we all know you just can’t finish a range on an odd number! ;) So I suggested to Tony only yesterday that 50 would be the way to go, after all it is a nice round number!

(The ever hopeful and probably over optimistic) Jeff.
