With the majority of the British troops having wintered in New York and Albany, with Spring the troops begin a new campaigning season, leaving behind them the settled peaceful East and head West into the Wilderness to meet the French and her Indian allies.

Figures WB, JJD, TG and KP. 24 Pounder & Vehicles JJD & WB.

Steve,

Hey man........this is a great, well thought-out set up!! Nicely done!!

Love the story line and the way you staged everything. Especially like the sergeant yelling at the woman camp follower.

Mark

Thank you for the kind words Mark, glad you like.

Steve, you have obviously imagined this scene in your mind and set it out with a lot of thought. The wagons and the lay back style of figures all make for a delightful colourful diorama. Always a pleasure to view your impressive work. Robin.

Robin, glad to hear you like it, always nice for a scene to be liked.
This time I wanted to do a more peaceful normal life type of scene and though there isn't a lot of choice with the small range that TG have released so far (and I hope they do pick up and continue this range, JJD do a few that I hope to get as time goes on) these figures seemed to fit the bill.

Lovely scenes. Packed with interest, the first pic is my favourite, great work. 😎

Nice to see a scene of gathering supplies, always the critical part of any campaign. Well laid out and photographed. Chris

Steve...nice unique variation on your diorama set up...love the gabions...the brick walls...the dirt roads...and foliage...

Thank you guys for the nice words and likes. Good to get some feedback.

Hi Carlo

Thanks, glad to hear you've enjoyed the scene.

The Barrels I got on ebay from this UK seller:

He doesn't appear to have anything for sale at present, but perhaps if you contact him he can make you some, they weren't expensive.
