Wellington...of course. Our Waterloo/Mounted Personalities range would be SHAMEFUL without him. He and another British General are currently in the works, so there you go for some early confirmation of something.
I think these are great suggestions, however, I don't see the need to do them in the confines of a "Collector's Club." We just want to make nice figures, no fuss no muss and a Collector's Club just feels like one more thing to manage with no real benefit to anyone.
Paulus....of course. Our Stalingrad range would be SHAMEFUL without him. Others need to be done as well on both sides and we'll get to them eventually. The Stalingrad release plan just keeps growing and personalities are certainly a part of it.

Rommel...well, there's an interesting idea and if we ever dabble in DAK at some point, I think we could do a superb Rommel.

I wouldn't be so sure; there were only so many at Waterloo and far fewer worth considering. Perhaps we will see Wellington galloping between divisions, as he as want to do in the midst of battle generally leaving his staff in the dust....

Takeda Shingen...Our Samurai range would be SHAMEFUL without him.
We may see a complete British High Command mounted grouping which will be filled over time.
No doubt.
SHHHHHHH...don't tell anyone, we're trying to be sneaky about it.
NO question FL is innovative in its choice of figures but Orlov was not exactly a left field choice. Afterall he commanded the Leib-Guards Cossack regiment that first met the Napoleonic troops on the river Niemen banks in the 1812 campaign. He lead his regiment valiantly in the battles of Vitebsk, Valutina hill, Smolensk and Borodino and especially in distinguished action in the battle at the river Chernishna near Tarutino . General Bennigsen in his report about the Tarutino battle wrote: " Orlov-Denisov acted in the bravest and brightest way. His courage does credit to the Russian arms."I think our Wellington sculpt will be a nice one. He won't be "galloping" I don't think, but he will certainly be active!
As for who is worth considering, really that all depends on the individual. I doubt many people would have thought of Orlov Denisov for Borodino, but we did. I'm sure most collectors haven't even heard of Orlov! So to us, really anyone is worth considering that we can make a beautiful figure of. After all, that is a large part of the consideration of what gets put into our Mounted Personalities range. Wellington almost got passed over because of this, but we made an exception in his case and in the end, despite the fact that he won't be as ornate as some others, I think it will end up a beautiful figure.

Well Matt, you dont have to do a DAK range to do Rommel.. He was also involved in the France campaign.. and he inspected the "Atlantic Wall" in 44.. Personally, i wish someone would do a Rommel sculpt in a non DAK uniform.. But i ultimate dream is for FL to do German parade figures.. From ww1 all the way through WWII
