Probably, but why would you? The Flak 41 was produced in late 1941 and early 1942 in small numbers. It was first used in Tunisia in 1942 and then mostly in Germany for anti-aircraft use. It was not especially suited for anti-tank use and it's possible all of them went to the Luftwaffe. This version of the gun was technically complex, very expensive to make and prone to technical breakdowns. It's only advantage was the higher elevations it could reach against allied bombers.
February 1943, the base colour was changed from grey to dark yellow. So there were probably some grey ones but they would have been better known for the colour scheme used by K&C..
