Just finished the repaint of the winter Flak from Figarti. I have always liked this AFV from making the Tamiya kit as a kid and this is for me, the best AFV figarti has made. I was asked to repaint it into a camo variant and here it is. Have not had chance to camo the three crew they are next but, thought I may as well drop some pics in

Really like the detail on this. a great set
Hope you like!!
Mitch

Mate being the owner of one of these you have done a brilliant job well done,
hopefully it will inspire FIGARTI to release a cam version, thanks for posting the pics mate.

Very Nice re-paint Mitch.....Well Done:salute::...This is one of my favorite Figarti AFV's....What will you do with the winter figures?? can you adjust then to a camo scheme despite the winter clothing?....Looking forward to the end product...The figures really add life to this AFV

Beautiful job again Mitch! This is one of Figarti's best AFV's in my opinion too.

Thanks for the comments.

Wayne...

I have two but never thought to do it in a camo pattern as I like my winter stuff!!

Frank...

I will repaint the winter clothing in a variety of camo patterns and it should not be a problem setting them with the AFV in camo pattern. Most of the jackets etc that the Germans used were reversible so its just a case of repainting them.

Look very good Mitch but will look better when it in my train diorama ^&grin

Excellent repaint Mitch. I too always like the detail of Figarti amors.

{bravo}}
Awesome work Mitch, you've really captured the camo pattern & I can't wait to see what you do with the figures. The Flak Vierling was the first 1/72 kit I ever built in my youth, so I've always had a 'soft spot' for it. I too hope they'll do a Normandy version.

Great job Mitch. This is one I am after as well, I guess someone will make it again. Robin.

Nice. Great subject piece as well; I wonder if there are any surviving museum examples.

Very nice Mitch. I like your choice of colors. ^&cool

Fantastic job, i think figarti ought to hire you to do their masters, just fabulous work

couple of pics of the completed set with repainted figures. Took a lot longer than expected as two of the figures when painting etc began started to flake paint so, they needed completely stripping down.

Not the best pics but, an idea of the change in camo can be seen
