So guys, which of you will be going for these guys? I'll be adding these to my existing 8th Army sets but one at a time as I've got to save like a mad thing for something later next year. What I like about these is that there are some good generic poses that lend themselves to multiples and that's what I'll be doing.

Nice one Richard, can't wait to add these to my 8th Army and maybe think about doing my first desert dio next year.

Very nice photos Rob...And they show well that there were no palms nor trees in the fighting areas....

So why EVERYBODY making a dio about afrika korps ALWAYS puts palms? {sm2}

{sm4}

Rob mate,
Outstanding set of figures cobber. They will look great advancing behind three Valentines ("Hector", "Howard" and "Harry")^&grin in a Desert Dio.
The anti tank gun in your posted photos would also make a nice addition to the range. Great photos champ. You had better get yourself a pay rise from Tony.{sm4}
Cheers Howard

Good point Poppo, you don't see them much out in the wide open spaces where Tank battles took place but they do grow in places like Tripoli etc. Glad you like the pics, might add some German ones later.

Nice pictures Rob
Thanks
Will get some for sure

Glad you like them:smile2:

Hey Howard,

They do look good don't they mate, going to get me some multiples this time and build up my troop numbers a bit. Yes its a good pic that one isn't it, would make a fine set. I'll mention a rise to Tony:wink2: So far he pays me one sausage roll and a diet Coke with lime. I pushed it a bit far on Saturday and asked him if I could have a ' toilet break' ,for my trouble him and Dave beat me with big sticks they keep under the tables for difficult customers! {eek3}:wink2:

Cheers

Great pictures, like you it will be one at a time. Ending the year with a bang.

I'll definately grab the new EA figures and vehicles Rob but i do have a problem on where to put them as my EA section in my cabinet is almost full! {eek3} Will have to do some re-organising in the short term and a new cabinet when i move next year in the long term.

Nice pic's by the way.

Rob, My first 2 favorites are the officer with pistol and the soldier with the thompson :wink2:

Tom, I hear you mate, I'm having to bring loads of books downstairs now to make room for another cabinet up there in my office. Luckily I have a very understanding missus!{bravo}}

Guys, found this superb collection of IWM shots and check out this first one, Grant Tank disguised as a lorry!^&cool
Would it be possible to make something like this to slip over your K&C Grant do you reckon?
